About me

I graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Umm Al-Qura University. Since then I have worked on both sides of the table: in operations roles where I tracked KPIs, built dashboards and escalated issues, and on technology projects where I gathered requirements, designed workflows and user roles, and developed working prototypes.

My background lets me read a business process and translate it for a technical team, and the other way around. I use AI-assisted development to move from requirements to a testable system quickly, and I care about software that people in the field can use under pressure.

SAMF Operations Platform

A proposed platform for managing motorsport marshals, from registration to trackside deployment to payout, prepared for the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation.

Context
From volunteering at the Formula 1 Grand Prix I saw how marshals are managed across Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups and paper. This project turns that experience into a system proposal.
Problem
Each department keeps its own file. Attendance is recorded manually and then re-entered to calculate payments, which creates errors and disputes.
My contribution
  • Led requirements gathering and wrote the team requirements template used in meetings with each team: hierarchy, titles, permissions, approval chains, escalation times.
  • Mapped the full event lifecycle in eight steps and defined four access roles.
  • Prepared the stakeholder presentation and a screen-by-screen system guide.
Solution
Three apps on one database: a web control panel (15 screens) for management and the operations room, a marshal app, and a team leader app. GPS check-in at the post feeds approved hours, which feed payouts automatically.

What I learned
One screen cannot serve two very different users. A marshal on the track needs three large buttons; an operations manager needs to see 88 posts at a glance.

NON-PROFITLIVE · USED IN THE FIELD

Irtikaz Volunteer Platform

Field check-in for volunteers by QR code, a live admin dashboard, and bulk thank-you certificates, for the Irtikaz Association for Risk and Crisis Management.

Problem
At large events, hundreds of volunteers from two associations arrive at once. Paper attendance gets lost or duplicated, and certificates take weeks.
My contribution
Gathered the requirements with the association, designed the data model and access rules, and built and deployed the system using AI-assisted development.
Solution
  • Volunteers scan a QR code and register in about a minute; the national ID is a unique key, so duplicates are rejected with a clear message.
  • If the connection drops, the entry is kept on the phone and can be sent to the supervisor by WhatsApp.
  • The dashboard compares both associations by team and issues all certificates as one ZIP.

What I learned
Validation belongs in the database, not only in the browser. Anonymous visitors can register but never read the list; only the signed-in admin can.

Qitati — Auto Parts Platform

Customers find parts by VIN, decoded through the NHTSA vPIC API, then choose delivery or a workshop installation slot. The shop gets orders, a workshop calendar and POS-synced inventory. 10 customer screens and 6 admin screens.

My part: competitor review, customer journey design, and building the prototype for client review.

Crazy Studio — Booking Platform

A beauty studio with in-studio and at-home services. Three connected interfaces: customer booking in three steps, an admin panel with live home visits, and a specialist screen where each tap (on the way, arrived, finished) updates the customer.

My part: requirements with the business owner, three-role workflow design, and the prototype in React and TypeScript.
